We had a rough idea of what we wanted but Philip made it that even more clearer for us (he gave all great options) especially when it came to looking for a mattress he went through all the different types and what was available to us also. He made the experience seamless, gave us time to decide even interacted with our 1year old as she was becoming a bit fidgety.

Pleasant welcome to store, offer of hand sanitiser, mask, was able to explain to staff what type of bed mattress I required, was listened to with interest. The test bed explained, the most suitable beds pointed out to me,myself and son were made to feel we were lmportant. Very impressive service, thank you
