There was one only person at the shop, he really did a great job as there were people before and after me. He managed very well the timing and customer service was great despite being alone. I found the bed I like and Im happy. You have a nice shop and as you ask here is my constructive feedback: The volume of the machine I laid down on to find my suitable matress could be louder (or the music of the shop could be lower). Customers' toilets? No soap, no towels! I was kindly given some water to drink and it's a nice touch, but then...you know... I need to buy a sofa bed, so please let me win the £500 I will be a returning customer and I tell all my friends (yes, I have friends!) how amazing you are and they will all come to your shop to spend some money, you will be happy and I will be happy with the price you gave me. Everybody happy!

My visit to the dream store was very satisfied because the staff, store and the items are very good, especially the assistant was spent more time with me to explain everything properly.

Philip assisted me and he was very helpful and kind, I tried the sample mattress to understand my need and found the right compromise between quality and price.

Friendly, understanding, patient and tolerant of my lock of knowledge my assistant was patient and tried to accommodate my needs the customer service I received was unexpectedly excellent I can honestly say I would and will go back again.
