Hanan was absolutely incredible. She helped us find the perfect mattress letting us try springs and foam. Her hospitality was also incredible. She offered us drinks and was extremely nice. We initially wanted another bed but after she showed us different ones that had space at the bottom we took her advice and bought the bed. Thank you so much Hanan, service like yours is so hard to find and we appreciate it so much.

The lady from the stockwell branch was very help had great customer service and was very helpful even helped me put my memory foam mattress in my car

The moment I entered the store a staff approached me and was ready to assist me find what l was looking for. He explained things to me. I asked to go round to look around for which bed l will like to buy. The staff who explained things to me was ver professional. From the first day and the next day that l made the order l was very please with everything.

Carlos was simply brilliant. Plus our ideal bed was on flash sale! I had forgotten genuinely good costumer service exits! Carlos actually made looking for a bed fun!

Carlos was superb. He was utterly charming and helpful at all times and extremely knowledgable about the products. We loved the diagnostic bed machine and everyone including my two kids had a lot of fun. My kids wanted to go back on Sunday! The mattress felt amazing in store and I have only said that I'm neither satisfied or dissatisfied with the mattress as I haven't received it yet. Also, the price was much more than I had ever imagined that I'd need to pay, but hopefully it will be worth it.

The sleep match machine was really useful and helped us to narrow our search. Then Phillip spent over an hour with us until we had settled on the perfect mattress.
