Excellent customer service experience. Store manager and employees not only took time to help us with our needs but also just the friendliness, gestures such as offering snacks/drinks and ease of being able to deal with any queries.

I was helped out by Hanan when I got to the store, who was just amazing. I usually have mild anxiety about asking for help in stores, as I feel pressured very easily, and so I usually tend to turn down help simply because I don't want to feel that pressure when I'm trying to make decisions about a purchase. But Hanan immediately made me feel at ease and allowed me to take all the time I needed without it ever felt like I had to make a decision in front of her. She was knowledgeable about the products, and helped to steer me towards the mattress I eventually chose. Really just exemplary, and I wish more sales people were like her.

I was approached immediately by a member of staff (aysha) and shown to the sleep match. She then took me through all my options and then Carlos took my order, made me a cup of tea and made everything really easy! I liked that I was shown which mattress’ to try, and then left alone to take my time.

The experience was made all the better by the colleague Carlos, who assisted us. He spotted us wandering aimlessly around unsure where to begin and took us through the process of finding our ideal mattress using the sleepmatch system. Once we'd been matched Carlos showed us our match products leaving pillows on each bed in a special position so that we could identify our matched products without intrusion. It took us less than 15 minutes to make a decision, after that Carlos made the payment process very easy and straight forward confirming our choice, offering us a drink, and explaining the delivery ms returns process clearly and concisely. We were overall very satisfied with our experience and our choice of mattress.
