We had a fantastic sales lady called Hanan who was amazing! She went out of her way to help us and what I particularly liked about her was her honesty and her understanding of the products in store

Expert knowledge from the store manager and he allowed us to decide on our requirements in our own time. We never felt pressured to choose a particular brand or to be pushed into making an unqualified choice

The customer service, care and attention to detail that Phillip provided was excellent. This was my first time buying a bed and he guided me through it, helped me to find what I felt suited my needs and seemed genuinely interested in finding a best solution with me. I had a very quick turnaround to work to which he also was a great help with.

the lady that served us was welcoming helpful followed us throughout the process without being too close and interfering. she was knowledgeable but did not hard sell anything. it made for a relaxed easy shopping experience which was what we wanted.
