The store assistant was very attentive and interested. He gave me knowledge of various choices of beds in order for me to make a good choice and he explained after care all in all because of the sales assistance I had a pleasurable and productive experience

I made two visits to the store and on both occasions I wasn't pressured or pushed into making a purchase. On my first visit Carlos was understanding and patient in helping me pick out a mattress, well he had a bit of help from the sleepmatcher. Carlos encouraged me to try out the mattresses and then keep retrying between the two I liked the most. As I was moving into a new property (hadn't moved yet) he suggested I take a look at the bed frames also so I better idea of what I want and then I can make a purchase when I am happy to. Carlos also gave me some good ideas when I mentioned I would be spending the weekend with my niece, which I thanked him for on my second visit

The service provided by Carlos was first class. The Dreams Sleep Machine is a fantastic innovation which reversed prior research I had completed before visiting the store. Carlos applied no pressure at all throughout the sale, leading with confidence in the Dreams product range and his fantastic interpersonal skills. He balanced 3 orders simultaneously and did so while ensuring all customers left with a smile on their face. Carlos does an absolutely fantastic job!

We at Philip show around the different beds. Was very helpful talk to as. Lovely customer service to knows is job inside out. I will go back to that store again. Because the experience I got from Philip was so good. Thank you dreams to have a good lovely man like Philip in your store. I hope one day could run for a store manager.

I received a fantastic service. Stephanie and her colleague were helpful, efficient and knowledgable about the products. The delivery time is perfect and the prices were good. I am confident I have bought exactly the right products for my needs and I will be phoning through to add another mattress to my order to take advantage of the great price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The associate who assisted me was Hanan. She was very knowledgeable, took care of running the assessment machine and guiding me through the results, but left me to try each mattress at my leisure so that I could feel confident I was making the right choice. She took the guesswork out of buying a mattress and I left feeling thrilled with my purchases.

The lady helping us, Hanan, was very helpful, & very knowledgeable. She wasn't at all pushy.

I have just move to London and needed a bed ASAP as the bed in my flat share was so revolting. I didn’t realise till I moved in and need a new bed ASAP as I didn’t want to sleep on that bed. I went in at closing time the day before I ordered my bed and the duty manger and staff were so helpful. Luckily I had 1 night left in a hotel so I didn’t have to rush a purchase, instead they made an appointment for me the next day so I could take time and find a suitable bed. I went in the following day, but I didn’t realise that it would take time to order the bed. The staff gave me a discount for buying a cheap foam carry bed l to get me through the week until my new bed arrived. Honestly they were quick efficient and super helpful. I walked away with 2 beds instead of one and feel like I got a bargain. (One for permanent use and the other for temporary use while my proper bed arrived) Your staff couldn’t have done a better job and this is the only thing that has been easy for me since moving from NZ to England.
