Stefanie from the Clapham branch was so helpful. You wouldn’t think she was new as her product knowledge was fantastic and she was super friendly and showered us with nothing but smiles and helpfulness.

Carlos was very helpful. He explained everything very clearly and also did not crowd me when I was making a decision. I also felt I could check with him if I had a question about the products. He also gave me some good advice to help me choose the right product for me.

From the minute we walked in we were looked after. We did the bed test , a new experience for us, to find the perfect mattress. Mattresses were then pinpointed to try at our own time. There was no rush. Always someone to answer questions quickly. The transaction was easy and efficient. Overall a very positive experience. We were also offered hot drinks and water.
