Dreams - Clapham

The Dreams website is excellent but I wanted to check availability and delivery with the store personally over the phone. Carlos, at the Clapham Store, was First Class. He understood exactly what I wanted and gave me options to choose from in a straightforward, professional & friendly manner. If the delivery goes as well you will have a very happy customer.

Really needed to buy a mattress before the sale ended and went to the Clapham store and Carlos let me come in 5 mins before the stores was closing. He helped me pick between 2 mattresses and went through the order process really clearly and clearly was very good at his job and knew his stuff. Very impressed with his service considering I’d probably made him stay later than he was meant to.

Very knowledgeable staff members and allowed me time to test the mattresses without “hovering” or doing the hard “upsell”. Got the balance right between helping me make my selection and leaving me to test the merchandise in peace

My first time buying a bed for a new home so the experience was as important to me as buying the bed. Had chosen online but wanted to check everything in-store before purchase. Carlos at your Clapham store could not have been more helpful. He could see I wanted to be mostly left to do my own thing so he set me up with which mattresses to choose from, brought me a surprisingly good cup of coffee and let me get on with it. When I had chosen he set me up on the system, thanked me for my patience and sorted all the financials. I could see that both him and his colleague were busy at that point but they did everything in their power to make on that with everyone in the store. I don't believe they let single sale get away that day. A credit to Dreams. They should be proud of their service.

Carlos who helped me at the Clapham branch was amazing. This was a repeat purchase with him for our guest bed and I would highly recommend any friends or family to return not only for Dreams great products but also for Carlos great service. There when you need him and not pushy but provides good advice.
