I was most impressed by the friendly and professional manner we were treated and this enabled us to reach a decision about the products we were looking for quite quickly. The salesperson was knowledgable about the products and made the whole process a pleasant experience as we felt we were dealing with someone confident in the products and services being offered.

We were dealt in a very friendly and yet professional manner, it was a pleasant and informative experience and we were soon choosing exactly the price and quality we were looking for. I was very impressed by the sales person who took care of us , outstanding at her job.

The gentleman serving us initially gave us time to look as we wanted like we requested. Then when we approached him for help he was so helpful and what we felt honest. He recommended us to use the mattress machine which we did and we found our perfect mattress. He wasn't pushy with us at all and done his best to get us the best price.

Staff were very helpful and available to ask questions when needed. Use of the Sleepwatch machine explained the mattresses that would be ideal for me - this was great as I thought I wanted a firm mattress but it turns out a soft/medium was perfect, without the Sleepwatch machine and staff assistance I would have got the wrong mattress!
