The overall experience was exceptional from start to finish - Carlos the store manager understood our needs and pointed us in the right direction and made the transaction smooth and enjoyable. He is a real credit to dreams and to the store and we will be recommending the store to family and friends.

The service provided by the staff member was excellent and beyond imaginable. I am pregnant and looking for a mattress. Very informative and no force selling. I would have brought other items but dreams prices are too highly for the same product which can be purchased at a lower price. Overall I am satisfied how the staff member dealt with me and my partner.
