Dreams - Clapham

As soon as we entered the store we had a warm welcome and asked straight away if we needed help. We looked around at first on our own. Then we went and asked for advice for the type mattress we were looking for. We were helped all the way through right till the end. We asked all the necessary questions and the lady gave us her advice and also had answers for the products. Overall it was a brilliant experience and we came away with a lovely bed. Not arrived yet but we agreed on the time it would take for the delivery.

Hanan who assisted me with this purchase was very welcoming, knowledgable and willing to help. Very friendly.

Karlisha who assisted us was excellent in understanding what we needed and helped us find something brilliant within our price range. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. The decision wouldn't have been so easy to make without her valuable assistance, we're really so grateful for her help.

The staff couldn’t have been friendlier at the Clapham branch. Particularly the lady that sold us our bed/mattress and the very friendly and professional gentleman who helped me load it into my car

I received great customer service the moment I walked into the store. The sales man listened to what type of mattress I required and using the sleep match was a great piece of technology to ensure I could find the perfect mattress for my back. I was given all the time I needed to try out all the mattresses on the list. The knowledge of the products was great and I did not feel pushed at all to buy a mattress or a specific type of mattress. I did not buy a mattress on this occasion as needed time which one to buy, as the prices of the mattresses are high, but this seems to be the same everywhere! I will certainly return to this store again.

Carlos, has made a fantastic impression on me. From when I stepped in the store I was given a very warm welcome. I had the intention of looking at the bed as I had been looking online but just wanted to see them in person. Carlos made sure I was aware of the special offers that were in store and gave me time to wander and have a look. He reassured me that info needed any help be would be there to assist. I must say he did a very good job of multi tasking whilst serving 3 other customers and myself. Carlos' customer service is something that is an asset to your business. Demonstrating too class interpersonal skills, clear communication skills and fantastic product knowledge I bought a bed. I will be back to get my mattress from that dreams store as I know I can rely on Carlos as he is honest and knows what he is talking about.
