Hanan at the Clapham North branch was extremely helpful and we were very satisfied with her service. She took time to explain the products to us and went above an beyond.

Carlos and Karlisha are both expert the know every product inside out and they’re very warm and welcome and they know exactly what I wanted. It was my first time visiting the store and I will be going back because of the wonderful service 😊

Philip (Clapham store)who helped me find the perfect bed for me was an absolute delight. Clearly very knowledgeable too and helped recommend the right bed for me whilst explaining the importance of having a good mattress.

Sales assistant Hanan was absolutely fantastic. My partner Melanie is disabled & in wheelchair, we were treated with utmost care & respect. She was patient, knowledgeable, good natured, helped pick our new mattress using the digital gizmo & always smiling. She was a credit to Dreams. The access for wheelchair at Clapham store was first class too. Superb service

The sales assistants were very approachable and well informed about products. In addition to this they both demonstrated patience with all my questions - some of them repeated! I felt I was advised in my best interests and not just for the hard sell.

The assistance we received from Carlos was an example of just great customer service. He explained the process thoroughly throughout, did not place pressure on us and really gave us the time to think through what the best option was for us. We could tell he genuinely loves his job, and really cared that we were happy with any advice and help received. He went over and above any customer service experience we have had previously and just want it to be noted how highly we rated the experience. I immediately spoke to a friend of mine to recommend she go to the same store as I know she is also needing to purchase a mattress. Thank you for making the experience so easy for us in what can be a very big and difficult purchase.
