Karlisha greeted us as we entered and when we explained what we were looking for, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once we made our choice, she assisted us with a discount and a delivery date within a week. We were very happy with our purchase and would recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

Excellent customer service from store manager Carlos When sat down to complete paperwork I jokingly requested a tea and was offered a lovely hot chocolate .

Everyone was so friendly and available to help. The manager was amazing he took time to help me understand what my needs was and what was right for me. I made several visits to the store and also brought my girls with me also to hear what was being offered to me. I can't fault the service I received from all members of staff even thought it was the manager Carlos who gave me and outstanding service overall. I would definitely refer my family and friends there.

The whole visit was very easy. We were able to spend as much time as we needed searching for the right mattress, and very friendly help was available throughout. Once we had picked the mattress we wanted, the ordering process was quick and easy, and we are having it delivered on the day of our choice. There were absolutely no problems.

I went to the dreams store in Stockwell, and I was served by a wonderful lady called karleisha (excuse if I spelt her name wrong) she was AMAZING!! Helped me just that extra mile and has so much patience. She even offered me yea or coffee ;) Lovely lady x
