I went to the store to buy a metal bed frame but ended up buying a mattress and pillows as a result of the excellent service I received from a colleague called Hanan.She explained that I could get some extras if I bought the bed and the mattress together.The pillows could also be bought at a discount

The customer service received was oitstanding, way better than the level received in this day and age

The Store Manager, Carlos, was quick to come over to find out what I needed, even though he was dealing with other customers. He showed me where to find the mattresses I was interested in, followed up with me, introduced me to the assistant who would take payment and even carried the mattress to my car himself!

As I entered the store I was greeted by a lovely member of staff that was complemented by another member of staff I enjoyed testing the beds talking about the beds got a good fact about what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and they were delightful please tell them I said hi

Was after a bed base and the one I wanted was very good quality and the store had all bed base colours on display. The assistant that helped me was very helpful and came to my assistance straight away. He gave me a pillow so I could also lie on the different mattresses to try them out.
