Dreams - Clapham

We visited the Dreams store in Clapham on the search for a new bed. When we came in the shop, we were kindly greeted by Hanan (one of the employees). She was very polite and professional. She showed us all the options that were available and was very helpful when explaining the product details. We were able to test out the beds to match our needs. She also explained the offers that were available for customers. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the customer service we received from Hanan.

I have been researching my purchase for a while and when I visited the Clapham store the young man I think Carlos made me feel welcome and comfortable but surprising was the amount of product knowledge he demonstrated very professional

I have said what I said because, the staff were very friendly, and even though they were busy, they made feel welcome, and even offered me hot drinks, which I was surprised about, but at the same time, I thought was very nice of them. The staff that helped me were Carlos and Karlisha.

The two guys working in Dreams at Clapham North were friendly, professional, swift and efficient. Really easy, painfree experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted to buy a bed to to Clapham North branch, as they were knowledgeable and accommodating. We had an urgent need for a bed, and had come up against a few barriers in other shops we had tried (not other Dreams). This ended up being a ‘Dream’ experience. Sorry, a bit corny but couldn’t help it! Thankyou!!!
