The Personal that served us was super nice, quick to understand our needs, and showed us the perfect mattress in our budget super quickly. The experience was amazing and we left very happy.was offered tea nd coffe also that was nice. Loved the person and highly recommend her!

I liked we could try many different options, which was very helpful to find a good match for my mattress needs. I didn't feel pressured to buy. The salesperson listened to our needs and then helped us narrow down our choice, and offered interesting options.

There was a really good selection of mattresses to try out, and the staff were great in helping us find the one that suited our needs and budget. Also the free delivery was a huge help because no one owns a car in London We also got an ex-display model, so an absolute bargain

I came to complete to things: 1. Arrange the exchange of previously bought mattress under the 40-nights guaranty policy 2. Buy a new pillow The consultant Hanan at the Clapham Road branch was very helpful in going through both of my needs. First, she showed me the potential options for the exchange of the matters, explaining the details of every product and then giving me time to test all of the three short-listed mattresses without disturbing me. She then quickly arranged all the paperwork to initiate the exchange procedure Second, she helped me to choose the right pillow for myself, and I am very happy with the choice! Apart from being professional Hanan also was very friendly and kindly answered all my questions
