I rate my experience at this level because from the moment I entered the store the assistant (Hanna) provided her undivided attention. She was able to recommend products based upon my needs for both comfort and affordability. At no time was she pushy or disregarding, she showed high levels of product knowledge and customer services. All in all she help me make what i believe to be, the best buy in regards to finance and desire.

I had a incredibly pleasant trip to Dreams looking for a mattress. I was quickly welcomed by a female worker who was incredibly helpful, but also gave me time to think about my options. I was really impressed with the service at dreams and will definitely tell my friends.

I knew which bed and mattress I wanted and the cost of every item was given to me plus delivery charges and removal of old bed. Everything was done very smoothly.

I have special needs diabled , not slept in a bed for twenty years , but found the right mattress i think will be beneficial in getting me back into a bed . My circulation i think will be unhindered to my lower body from pelvis to feey with the firm mattress i have selected .
