My sister and I came in to buy beds for our new flat. Having never bought beds before we didn't know where to start. Phil took excellent care of us and took time to show us a range of mattresses while explaining the differences. He was able to match us to a product based on our preferences and feedback. Phil was very knowledgeable and really helpful.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the store. Phil was very knowledgeable and explained all the product we wanted to see in details. He asked questions to better understand our needs and we felt he really wanted to help us with the best suitable choice. It was our first time in Dreams and we had a great experience!

Luka the shop employee was very friendly and extremely helpful when we needed to make decisions. She was very knowledgable about the products and the differences between them, and also did her best to upsell without being pushy at all. What a wonderful employee, she made the experience very enjoyable and hassle free.

The assistant Abdul was very friendly. He explained the products and encouraged me to take the time to try different mattress before making my decision. I was offered drink while I was there.

Hanan (Stockwell branch London sw8) Who was the assistant who advised me on what type of mattress i should buy. She was very patient and was able to address my needs. Her customer service skills and care was very professional.

Hanan was fantastic. She was easy to talk to, ask question, and made me feel comfortable in the store. She got me a glass of water which was much needed in this heat! Perfect customer service.
