Professional and friendly staff member. Clean store .

The customer advisor was friendly and polite. He took time to explain all the details and possibilities and was mindful of my budget which was very small. I felt that I was getting value for my money and was happy with the offers on the day; free delivery was a bonus and unexpected. I have shopped at Dreams before but I can confidently say that this was my best shopping experience at Dreams so far! I will shop with Dreams again and will highly recommend the Clapham Road Branch to family and friends in future.

Phil was very helpful and very professional. Great sales consultant. I got to try the beds and they seemed very good too. Still waiting for delivery now.

Luka was excellent. She took time, was extremely professional and overall gave me an outstanding experience. I would definitely go back in to your store and ask for her specifically.

I visited the Clapham Rd, Lambeth stores on 22 June and was served by Hanan Hassan. Hanan's service and product knowledge was outstanding and she was extremely patient considering we were in the store with 2 young children.

I went in to try a mattress I saw online and I was approached by Hanan who made us feel very welcome. We didn't plan to buy anything, but she was so nice and friendly that we ended up buying a pillow from her. xx

Luca, our sales assistant was very helpful we only went in to buy a cheap bed frame and ended up buying a compleat Telly bed frame and mattress for our guest bedroom and mattress covers! She could probably sell sand to the Arabs!!!! Thank you very much in advance for our bed Regards Alan Gardiner

Easy to follow directions in-store and quick to purchase items that were readily available. Phil, who served me (Clapham store), was also really friendly and helpful.

Really good staff, I think Hana and Luka were really good fromnstart to finish. In helping source the right product for us uo to payment. Really satisfying to see someone not just trying to sell the most expensive product to get a sale but actually listen to the customers needs. Had bad exoerience in Purley way store with this but not here!

Went in, found the bed wanted , disussed with the assistant, everything made clear, bought the bed, no faffing around
