Phil the sales person was extremely helpful, after looking before on your website I had a good idea which bed & mattress we wanted. Phil showed us all the options and talked through them so we were well informed to make a decision. He was extremely helpful & a had a good friendly manner (a credit to your company) which put us at ease straight away.

We had such a pleasant experience at Dreams in Clapham. Phil was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the different products in store. We were fairly naive when we went in to the store but with Phil's guidance we were able to make the best choice for our needs and budget. Phil directed us through our options based on what we wanted and helped us narrow down our search. He made us feel very comfortable (even offering a cup of tea!), allowing us all the time we needed to try each mattress whilst clearly explaining the differences between them. He ran us through the different technologies available, from natural pocket sprung to synthetic pocket sprung to Tempur mattresses. We learnt the difference between deep sleep and REM sleep and explored the analysis of different sleeping positions (we found out that Louise is a rarity in being a back sleeper!) and how your body size governs your choice of bed. His detailed explanations of the science behind sleep allowed us to make a choice tailored specifically to us, this advice was invaluable. We came away after a great morning feeling extremely satisfied and excited to receive our new bed! Thank you Phil and Dreams.
