The lady named luka was very friendly, I was offered a cup of coffee on arrival. She took time to help me find the perfect mattress, And went through all the paper work with me, very friendly staff. I would definitely shop there again.

Phil was very friendly and had expert knowledge about everything you had to offer. He spent a great deal of time with us to ensure we were totally satisfied with what we were buying. He wasn't too pushy and we would highly recommend him for his friendliness and professionalism.

Phil was very helpful on finding a new bed for my mother. He showed us a lot of choices and spent he's time making sure that my mother found the best bed. I was very happy with the service I was given.

We were warmly welcomed by Luka on entering the shop, with a "Welcome to Dreams". We'd arrived a few minutes before the shop opened and Luka was happy to open up and let us in, out of the snow, which was very kind. The service throughout our purchase was great, we were shown various options of mattresses and pillows, given the space to try hem, but when needed Luka was never far away should we need any advice. I'm not a fan of insurance, for anything, that I don't have to. But, the matter of fact and concise way that Luka laid out the insurance available on the mattress, and the deal itself, it was a no-brainer. We were recommended Dreams by a friend who worked and And So To Bed, I wasn't so sure, but after our visit I would recommend dreams to friends and family.
