Phil the sales person was very friendly and attentive. With good knowledge he helped us choose a suitable product that we were happy with with.

I was very pleased, with Mr. Philip's affection and patience. He is very good at helping customers on their decision, he is always laughing and making a lot of fun. He offered us a coffee/tea, he also gave me the oputunity to try and feel all the products (the beds, pillow and matresses) to decide for a better one. I liked the service, I strong recommend the service and the produt. I liked everything that I chose, also the flexibility of the payments and the vantages the contract guarantee for consumers. Thank you so much.I'm excited to use my new bed....

We were very impressed with our visit to the Dreams store in Clapham. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the store and the range of products in the shop. We were given a very warm welcome by Luka, who gave us a decent coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. She listened attentively to our needs and gave us a good overview of where we would find what we were looking for. Then she gave us plenty of time and space to think about what we wanted, so at no point did we feel we were getting a hard sell. But she was always on hand to give advice and her product knowledge was excellent. We not only bought a new bed for our son as intended, but ended up buying new bedding for ourselves and pillows which Luka recommended to help with certain neck and back issues. Our trip today was a revelation and I would definitely head back to Dreams - not only for new beds, but for accessories too as I feel very confident in the quality and longevity of the products.

The shop assistant seemed highly knowledgeable about the products, was able to explain advantages / disadvantages for each of the products and was able to make recommendation with explanation why one product may be better than the other. He as very friendly and made the overall experience very pleasant.

My wife and I were greeted and well looked after by Phil at the Clapham branch and he was informative, helpful, friendly and a genuine person who wanted to give us the best option and we certainly had a great time with him. We have since then had the Woodstock bred frame (king) and therput acti gel delivered yesterday and have had an amazing sleep.

The store was very clean. It had many beds out on display. Greeted upon arrival by several members of staff and offered tea or coffee. Staff were very welcoming and smiling. Given support by Hanan who showed me a variety of beds, mattresses and other items. Hanan was able to explain the structure of beds and mattress and show me alternatives when requested. She answered all of my questions well and gave me a range of options for payment. During my bed search I was able to lie on and get comfortable on the mattresses. Sales staff encouraged me by asking about my sleeping position. Also explained about options of bed frames in regards to different fabrics. Insurance options explained very happy with my shopping experience.

Never bought a bed or mattress before. Assistant was excellent in finding out my preferences and guiding me through the different options. I felt listened to, and confident about my final purchase

From we enter the Clapham store we received a warm friendly greeting. Tyle was attentive and delivered an exllent Service. We ending up buying more than we came in for. Great salesmenship by Tyle.
