Dreams - Clapham

As my mother and I walked in the Clapham store there was a warm welcome from all three staff especially Tyler. He made my mother and I feel extremely welcome, on arrival he asked mum if she wanted a cup of which was lovely. His knowledge was very impressive, we were able to make a quick purchase of a bed a mattress. With some added extras thanks to Tyler clam and Witt. Hanan was an absolute sweetheart. Friendly, professional, and excellent at her job. I found some of the mattresses a bit too pricey, but she was incredibly helpful in finding the best value mattress within my budget. She's a true pro!

Philip assisted me with my order. I knew what I was looking for and he is an excellent salesman, he made the purchase nice and smooth for me. He offered me coffee and explained the history of my new mattress. I can also see he is an amazing person. It makes such a difference, to be treated with all that care and understanding. And I so much look forward to trying my new hand made mattress with 1.400 springs ? I think! Thanks PHILIP !!! And thanks DREAMS !! I want to have the best dreams possible in my new mattress that will then come true ! :)

Store assistant was very patient and ver helpful.

I want to explain my problem. While I was just finishing up my choice of mattress another customer came in and the shop manager, who had no other staff to help him, had to switch to serving this customer instead of taking our order. We had to wait at least 15 minutes.

I was served by Philip. His attention and time to cater to my needs, as well as the knowledge of the products, was exceptional!! Will recommend Dreams store at Clapham to all my friends and will be definitely returning in future. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Phil is definitely the best salesman I have ever dealt with! Thumbs up!!

Phil assisted us with finding a mattress and pillows to suit our different needs. We found it easy to communicate what we liked and disliked about the different options shown. We were shown a wide range of different mattresses and didn't feel pressured to select a particular one. The process what quick and easy.

The sales representative Phil was very attentive from the moment I entered the store and made the experience of making a purchase really good! I didn't feel pressured into buying a mattress, phil had good product knowledge and was nice salesman! I will definitely recommend this store to friends and family in the near future. I'm very happy with my purchase, the incentives and cannot wait to have sweet dreams!! :-)))

Tyler the assistant was extremely friendly and knowledgable. We had already visited Dreams last week to test out various mattresses and returned today to make the purchase. Tyler remembered us, remembered our choices and spent lots of time with us. He is a real asset to your company, and I would happily recommend that my friends deal with him when they next need to buy a mattress as he was willing to spend the time we needed to make a decision, but did not try the, often unpleasant, 'hard sell'. He also gave us cups of tea, which made the experience even more enjoyable!

Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly. His service was the sole reason for us returning to the store after our holiday when we were ready to make the purchase. His patience was outstanding - we must've tried almost all of the mattresses in store even though we ended up going with the second one that he recommended after listening to our preferences. I'd highly recommend anyone to go to the Dreams Clapham store and be served by Tyler. His Colleague, Phil, was also really friendly and happy to help. They both have a really good knowledge of all of the products in store and both were happy to answer all of our questions. Thank you Dreams Clapham for a great experience.
