The quality of service the advisor (Hanna) was excellent, knowledgeable and patience and naturally friendly without being overbearing or appearing false.

I was served by Luka who had remembered me from my visit the week before. She was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She showed me options across all price ranges and listened to what I was looking for in a mattress. After speaking to me on my first visit I wanted to go away and take some time to consider the purchase which did not affect how was with me overall - when I returned I wanted to make sure she finalised my sale as I thought her care and customer service was great.

I had great assistant from Hanna. She was friendly, kind, helpful, understanding and patients with me and my young children. Overall i had great experience.

I went to the Clapham store and was always offered a great service and quick service. Always offered refreshments and the staff were very knowledgeable. I was served by 2 great members of staff. One was named Jonny and the other was Luka.

Evona was very helpful and answered all of our many questions and allowed us to try so many beds in store! She was very friendly and helped us make a decision as to which mattress was best for us.

Philip was a pleasure in the Clapham Road branch, he's such a lovely man, he was extremely helpful with great advice and guidance

The store assistant, Tyler, greeted us with a smile and a cheery welcome. He immediately understood what we were looking for and allowed us to sample a few mattresses before we made our decision. He was very polite and helpful.

LUKA, knows her job very well. She was very good. I was only there to browse; but walked away buying something.

Great service and friendly knowledgable chap very helpful and pleasent so happy went back next day to get some eccessorarys reason for my new bed
