We were allowed to walk around the store, looking at different exhibits at our own pace, before being quietly approached by staff. Our questions were clearly and very competently answered, and we were given plenty of opportunities to explore ideas and thoroughly think through our purchases. We were offered refreshments, and care was taken to explain our purchases at each stage of the buying procedure.

I am highly satisfied as all the information I required was swiftly given to me and I was approached by a member of staff very quickly after upon entering the store. Just my overall experience made me feel as if I should rate dreams with a highly satisfied.

Tyler is a great salesman, he understood completely our needs and dedicated us plenty of time.

I was served by a charming young man named Tyler from the Clapham Road Branch. He was very knowledgeable about the product. He had excellent customer skills. He was very patient because I didn't feel rushed but was allowed sufficient time to try the beds over and over until I made my decision. I received exceptional service from him. I learnt a lot about beds i.e., how they are made and what to take into consideration before making a choice. I am confident I will return to that store and also recommend others to go just because of his customer service skills.

A gentle man called Phil was a friendly helpful professional person and I would highly recommended him as one of the great customer service and he helped me with the bed the other thing I was looking for thanks you Phil keep it up 👍.

The assistant Tylor who placed my order was very friendly, approachable and professional. He had a calm, polite manner and was helpful without being overbearing and advised me very clearly and supportively. An asset to the store

He knows his products very well, we explained what we needed and found us exactly what we wanted. Explained all the paperwork too. Phil is a great assert to your company.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Luka at the Clapham store was helpful and offered a number of suggestions about beds and similar styles to the one we had come to look at. She also brought specific pillows for us to try with the bed which were similar to those we have at home. Delivery of the mattress was possible next week which is when we wanted it.

Your employee, Phil, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some really useful advice. I think we initially thought he would be a stereotypical, slightly irritating salesman but his reasoning for why we should pick certain mattresses made sense and was much appreciated. He also appreciated that as we are first time buyers, we were on a budget and so he refrained from trying to squeeze out even more money from us which again was much appreciated. We felt we trusted him and could rely on his advice, which is impressive considering we'd only known him for 30 minutes!
