Your employee, Phil, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some really useful advice. I think we initially thought he would be a stereotypical, slightly irritating salesman but his reasoning for why we should pick certain mattresses made sense and was much appreciated. He also appreciated that as we are first time buyers, we were on a budget and so he refrained from trying to squeeze out even more money from us which again was much appreciated. We felt we trusted him and could rely on his advice, which is impressive considering we'd only known him for 30 minutes!

Phil was very friendly and knowledgeable, he took me through all the options at my price point as I requested and gave good advice on what mattress would work well for me.

As soon as I entered the store a young man by the name of Tyler greeted me with a very friendly good morning and offer his assistance immediately. He was patient understands my need and asked all the relevant questions. He knows his job to a very high standard. I had never bought product insurance before but by careful explanation and no pressure to buy anything I eventually spend in excess of my initial budget. Well done Tyler and thank you so much for your help. Almost forgot to say the coffee was awesome. My shopping experience in your store today was perfect. Hope to shop again soon Hyacinth

attention we were given, interest and knowledge of the sales person. Choice was made easy and the "task" was far from the formidable process we envisaged. Second purchase this year and we will certainly return should the need arise. Location in Clapham and parking facilities are excellent for us although it is the service we received which is the main attraction.

For the attention and information I receve in the shop all the time, particolar I feel confortable and trated well, since I get in I'm a person with disability problems and I receved attention all the time I have been in the shop. For all these reason I feel highly satisfied and even I wasn't sure to by, I'm very pleased I did.

Staff were very knowledgeable and we in a hurry so they were very quick to deal with our requirements which was great.
