Good customer service given by Luka. Listening to my needs and suggesting mattresses according to my budget and requirements. I was given time to try the mattresses without pressure of time or too many questions/chatting. The balance between advice and free time to try the products was very satisfying.

The people at Dreams were very friendly and did everything to make us feel welcome. Would happily go back again.

The lady who assisted me, Evona, was welcoming, very polite and patient whilst serving me. She showed me several different mattresses and explained the difference between them. She allowed me to go back and forth lying on each mattress until I chose the one I wanted. She never tried to enforce her own opinion or belief, one way or another, but simply allowed me to make up my own mind. Evona was very professional and towards the end of my visit she explained very clearly the terms and conditions regarding cancellation or exchange. Throughout my visit she was always smiling and spoke in a calming manner. It was a pleasure to be assisted by her.

Pete was very friendly and informative and made the Dreams experience very good. He looked after us in store and listened to my needs. He recommended a great bed and did the transaction speedily. Thank you Pete, excellent customer service all round!

Firstly, d reception by d attendant was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about d product. Secondly and very lucky for me, I visited when clearance sales were going on. So I actually had my product on half price and the quality of d product was mouth watering. And d available agreed delivery date was very much ok with me.
