Phil clapham/stockwell branch provided excellent customer service to us despite being on his own in a busy environment. He took the time to understand our needs and did so witha calm, friendly and humourous nature. He stayed behind to make sure that everyone was served. I would use dreams again purely based on his service! Thank you Phil!

Ewona was very helpful in selecting a sprung mattress filled with natural materials, showing me a number of different options and explaining the differences. It was late on a Sunday and I had just finished my retail job, I know how hard it can be to maintain enthusiasm toward the end of Sunday but Ewona was very charming and patient, very grateful for her assistance and assurance.

Phil was really knowledgeable and was patient with us and gave us all the space we needed to talk about the purchase. He answered all of our questions with a smile and made us really excited about our purchase.

I arrived at dreams 5mins after closing time, I managed to get the attention of the sales rep who was dealing with customers at the time, after a few mins he allowed me to entre store to make an enquiry which lead me to make a payment straight away which I was very happy with..service was excellent.

Your display was nice. The whole place was clean and tidy. The sales person knew what he was talking about. The service was a bit slow as there was just one person per shift, otherwise everything was perfect. Why all your products were in white or magnolia? I
