Charley was great, as soon as we entered the store she greeted us with a lovely warm smile. Introduced herself, she found out what I was after and took us to the correct section. She had answered all my questions and also showed me other mattresses that I had asked about. She sold me the mattress with honesty. Explained everything when we sat down to place the order. The varied selection available to view provided the opportunity of choice which we had not experienced in visiting other stores during our search. The sales person, Ivona, was exceptionally helpful and seemed well informed. Her personal presentation was excellent and she made it easy for us to buy from Dreams.

We received a personal, friendly and knowledgeable service from Pete in store. We didn't really know what we wanted and he patiently talked us through the options. There was a good range of choices in store.

I went into the dreams store and was greeted not harassed by a very helpful store assistant named Ivana. I told her my price range and she showed me a number of beds and gave me plenty of details and information on each one. To be honest, without her help I would have purchased the wrong mattress. I was offered tea, coffee and/water. I felt like VIP. She explained everything clear to me and I left feeling very positive about my purchase and the assistance I received. A five star rating well deserved

I am basically a newbie when it comes to finding the best mattress that would help me with my back problems. I work as a nurse and the best reward would definitely be able to relax and get the best sleep after work. The moment I stepped in the store, Phil, who was the only person present at that time, greeted me with a smile and was absolutely accommodating. I told him my situation and he offered me different options to choose from. He gave me time to try 4 mattresses and didnt rush me to decide on the spot. He was very knowledgeable as well and takes time to answer questions. Overall, I highly commend the staff from Clapham Road! Would definitely recommend Dreams to my friends and colleagues.
