We walked into the store not knowing fully what we were after. We were greeted in the store pretty quickly by some friendly knowledgable staff who understood to give us some space and just provide us with the specification on each Mattress and a better understanding of what we were looking for. It was an excellent customer service overall. I didnt feel pressured into anything and we feel we tried enough mattresses and came to the right decision and we were happy with the delivery organisation which was important for us....we didn't want to wait too long.

The service we were given from start to finish was awesome. We were given just the right amount oc info when we walked in by Pete and then as we needed support Phil was on hand to help us. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products and gave us the time we needed to contemplate. Fantastic customer experience. We had s budget and they both worked tirelessly to get us what we needed.

Highly satisfied with my experience at my local dream store because I received a warm reception, the Staff took time to ask what I wanted to buy, asked the type of mattress I intend buying the pillows for , then Educated me about different pillow prices and the suitability for my kind of mattress, these information enabled me to make informed decisions on the pillows I bought. I never planned to buy bedsheets and pillow cases but due to the reduction in price, was moved to buy these. Staff that served me give me a friendly professional treatment through my purchase.
