Even if Charley is a new entry into the team, she approached me with an extremely friendly manner and made me comfortable since the first minute. She is been coached by Pete, who is very knowledgeable and together they went above and beyond my expectations delivering an excellent service. I would like to thank Charley and Pete.

Great customer service and strong coffee!

The Customer Service Asst took time to ask us our requirement and showed us the different mattresses that could meet those requirements. Very helpful and knowledgeable as well.

I was hugely impressed by the assistance of Phillip ( Clapham Road branch), his knowledge of the products was invaluable and gave me a newer perspective of beds. Made me more convinced to buy the more expensive but in the long run a much better mattress, sitting on my bed now knowing i made the right choice thanks to him.

The Dreams colleague, Pete, knew exactly what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us the most expensive bed. He worked within our budget.
