Dreams - Clapham

The assistance we got from our "Dream Colleague" made a big difference to us. Pete gave us the lay of the land, let us look around, got us drinks, and then helped us narrow down our decisions based on what we'd decided we liked. He was unreasonably patient as we flopped around between beds, trying to determine which we liked best. We never felt pressured, and he made sure that we understood how the return deal worked in case we later decided that we'd chosen incorrectly and wanted to make a change. It was lovely to have someone be attentive, but not overbearing or bothersome. Also he gave me a hot chocolate with hundreds of thousands in it, which was delightful and really very sweet. Thanks Pete!!!

I visited the Clapham branch of Dreams twice and was very satisfied with the experience. Both times I was greeted by Pete, who was extremely knowledgable and patient. He was not pushy but gave me all the information I required and let me make up my own mind about the products. As a result, I was happy to return to the store, having had time to think about the products and Pete was there to see me through the sale. A very good member of your team. I would recommend him by name to friends and family who are looking for a bed.

A very knowledgeable sales person named Chris guided us through many of the variety of beds/mattresses in store, which gave us the right decision to make our purchase.
