Very good service, welcoming staff, happy to listen to specific requirements of purchase.

The customer service was 100% The man was extremley helpful, knew exactly what he was talking about, he was very funny, offered us refreshments, offered the half price pillows, gave us free mattress protector, and we had the option to recycle our old mattress and hearing what was going to be done with it, made us feel a lot better then having the council take it.

Very friendly and professional service would recommend that the staff get a bonus do to their superior knowledge and experience

The show room was spacious and clean - we were the only customers in the shop, we actually made our experience a lot more enjoyable as we had the entire shop to ourselves. The member of staff on duty, Phil, was extremely friendly and knowledgable. We were even offered tea, coffee and juice on arrival! Wide selection of mattresses, and the colour code system made everything so easy to navigate - we knew exactly which mattresses to head for. Liked how Phil didn't recommend the most expensive mattress either, which showed he just cared about our needs

Staff in store were super kind - they made me a lovely coffee and encouraged me to take my time having a look around and trying out beds at my leisure. They were completely professional and kind. I was there with my young baby and they made everything so easy. Delivery staff were great - I really appreciated that they called to confirm the delivery time. They arrived on time, were quick and made everything really easy. All staff have been really excellent.

I have used Dreams product in the past and know the quality, so no body is needed to tell me about it.

visiting you clapha mnorth store my self my sister and our mum was greeted by PAOLO who was very friendly i spoke to him quietly to say our mum has alzheimers please bear with us,he treated my mum with respect, compassion and dignity he even made her a cup of tea which she thought was lovely.Paolo was so helpful we got our mums bed without fuss and we got a very gòod deal i hope who reads this takes into consideration just how lovely Paolo is and is a credit to your company.x sincerely amanda goodwin
