The showroom was well laid out and the salesman,Pete, who helped us was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional.

Paolo, I think his name, was great.

Pete our assistant, was very welcoming. Gave us the sapce we needed to explore the shop and then was helpful (not pushy) about the products. He was able to answer our questions, provide insight and knowledge on the differences in the products on offer. We were also offered and given a lovely cup of coffee during the visit, then escorted to our car on departure. He is a credit to your team and certainly made my expereience enjoyable. It's not everyday you pay out £2000+ and come away with a smile on your face.

The assistant in the store was alone and really needed another colleague but he dealt very efficiently with all the clients and was relaxed and knowledgeable and very funny. I was pleased to have his help in choosing the quality of mattress. He booked a very convenient slot for delivery. The delivery men were great, patient and charming even though the mattresses had to be carried up 3 flights of stairs.

I am very impressed with the customer service offered by Dreams as I visited their store today. If it was not for the assistance of the customer service representative Paolo has offered, it would have been difficult for me to decide which mattress to choose.

The staff is very friendly and they take the time to explain the price and what kind of mattress that you wood need if you have a bad back. They take the time to show you the bed that you are interested in buying.

Employee was friendly, despite it taking quite long to be looked after due to excessive time spent with previous customers. Products are of good quality and price point is competitive, although I thought I might have been eligible for a small discount given the items bought. Overall good service and good products, happy customer.
