The assistant who helped me was very polite and enthusiastic, was kind enough to give some space and then was very quick to offer assistance when we looked indecisive. The store itself was spacious and kept well cleaned and organized with items clearly marked and kept clean. All in all I'm very content with my experience at Dreams and will gladly return.

The customer service from Pete was amazing

The store was very clean the products are very good and the sale items are a good price the staff were very welcoming and nice but took a bit of time for someone to came over because it was a bit busy.

The assistant Paolo was excellent

I was greeted with a very friendly smile from an outstanding salesman name Phil. He was not pushy trying to sell but rather witty and his general knowledge of the item I wanted was both informative and very helpful.he took time to explain the different types of pillow and allowed me time to digest the information so as to allow me adequate time and the information necessary to make the right decision which best suited my needs . He even offered me a cup of tea while I was awaiting for my order to be processed. I would highly recommend my experience at dreams and will soon be returning for a second pillow.

Upon entering the store, Ahsan (Dream's team member) asked if I would like any help. He showed me the products I was looking for and provided me with information regarding each of the mattresses I tried. I was provided with a memory foam pillow for trialling the mattresses. I was also offered a drink.

The person who helped us - Phil, was both friendly And knowledgeable, allowing us time alone to discuss our purchase but was also available to ask our many questions

Very experienced and informed salesman very painless experience tea and coffee on tap . Were left to try matresss s at own pace with valuable information offered at various intervals which made it very easy to obtain the product we were after. Didn't expect buying a mattress to be such a pleasurable experience

The Assistant was very professional, polite, helpful, friendly and was able to spend time explaining the different products which helped me to make a choice of the product I ordered. He offered vmy husband and I a drink.
