I found Phil really friendly and helpful at anwsering Our questions the fact that he knew the product so Well made it easier to make a decision Gave us all the imformation that we needed

I bought two beds earlier this year and was pleased with the beds and the delivery guys that installed the beds. They were very polite and friendly. I decided to visit Dreams again and buy the matching bed side cabinets . The saff that attended to me was most helpful and showed a good knowledge of all th products. ( Phil) was patient and understanding.

I found everything I wanted easily. The member of staff was polite, helpful and friendly.

Pete was happy to call me back in response to a message I left asking the store to find out what mattresses I had bought in the past so could re order some for a new home. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgable regarding his product range.

Phil showed us around the clapham branch today, he was very patient and knew the products extremely well. He was friendly and pleasant and thanks to him we are very excited to recieve our new temp ur mattress.

The gentleman that helped us was impressively knowledgeable, he gave us plenty of time and gave lots of recommendations until we had found the perfect mattress. He was incredibly patient and understanding considering we had our 3 young children with us! Very happy.
