A great range of products that would have been a little ovwhelming but fr the superb service we received from the member of staff who explained everything. He was extremely helpful, listened to what we were looking for and what we responded well to, and used this to help narrow down our choices. Crucially, he also gave us plenty of time to decide on our own once we had narrowed it down to about three choices - we really appreciated how he left us to it to come to whatever choice we were happiest with.

I received polite and promo service as soon as I entered your shop

The manager / staff came to me to offer his assistance when I stepped into the store and was trying to find my way around and look for what I wanted.He greeted and asked me what I was looking for and why. He knew a lot about the body and skeleton and explained my ongoing sleeping issue to me. He was able to recommend a pillow that met that need. He also gave me choice of prices. He was friendly throughout and gave a personal service.

Generally all round very good. My order went like clock work.

The staff was helpful ang went far and beyond to try and accomodate delivery dates despite problems in the system. Staff followed up promptly the following week with satisfactory updates

Pete was a great salesman. He was very helpful, really helped focus our search and ensured the product we bought was appropriate for us.

I had a wonderful assistance from Phil and he showed a good knowledge of the priducts and a good understanding of our needs.

In our visit yesterday we fulfill our objective: to buy a new comfortable and good quality mattress for our new room, in our new house. On top we got a Bed Cover and a Mattress protector! The agent Paulo was amazing with us, he completely understood our needs and he was very kind. It took us a while to decide what mattress and he was charming during all the process and answering all our questions. Maybe we would like if the delivery could be the next day to the order or the second day instead of the third.
