Pete gave us as much time to discuss the bed we wanted to get and gave us plenty of advice as to what would suit our needs. He was understanding and patient and offered us tea and coffee while we made our decision. Both his colleagues present were also very friendly and made us feel welcome and that they were happy for us to be in the store.

Been ther ebefore, all fine

We bought two beds with similar mattresses a couple of years ago and everyone staying has told us how comfortable our beds are - so we decided as it is time for a new mattress for our bed we would buy the same again -the assistant couldn't have been more helpful and the whole process including arranging a delivery date was done in a flash

Phil was 100 percent knowledgable from the start and guided us through the whole process. Felt very confident in our choice after his assistance.

The staff who assisted me was highly knowledgable about the product and was very professional.

I went in just to have a look and ended up purchasing 2 great beds. Pete the store manager had hreat knowledge of the beds and was a great help in choosing the right beds and really listened to my needs. Also the price was great too, overall i had a great experience at the store and would definitly reccomend it and will also return for further nedds

The store is clearly laid out. Pete was helpful and listened to my requirements and researched a specific query I had about the chosen mattress. Overall, an easy and pleasant experience.
