Dreams - Clapham

Me and my wife went on Dreams in Clapham Road and we bee assisted for Paulo in there. The Italian guy is really helpfull.

Was in store - friendly but not pushy staff. Helpful and available even slightly after hours. Good range of product. Sometimes hard to identify all types of mattresses (colour coding might help) or a quick guide at the entrance

I was highly satisfied because you have a excellent staff member whose name is Paolo. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly and gave me invaluable assistance with my purchase. Without his expertise I would most probably not have made a purchase today but decided to because he identified exactly the product I was looking for that met my requirements exactly both in terms of quality and budget. The store was well laid out and parking was easy but it was your staff member who really (in my opinion) put your store head and shoulders above the rest.

The colleague was very patient and understanding. He helped us get the best for what we wanted (bed & mattress). He understood our needs & had great product knowledge.

The store manager Pete was knowledgable with the type of beds suited to my needs. He gave honest advice. Overall my experience was great. The rest of the team were very welcoming. Can't wait to have my bed delivered.

We initially spoke to Maria in the Tottenham Court Road branch who listened to our needs and explained the products. We shopped around then returned to dreams in stockwell the following day who was most helpful in assisting buy exactly the right bed and matress

We found a mattress we like at around the price we expected to pay, and the large range makes that a much more certain process than reading a review. Paolo was very helpful and charming, and despite managing to upsell us to an 8 year guarantee we didn't feel pressured as he sweetened the deal by bundling in some extras to make it almost cost-neutral.
