I gave a brief explanation of what I was looking for and Pete found the perfect mattress straight away and then followed up with a pillow that has made a huge difference. The mattress has not yet arrived but I have high hopes.

Pete in Particular was great. His welcome was awesome! Paolo also was very efficient iand friendly n processing the order. Although the store was quite hot, Paolo offered water \ juice which was a very nice touch.

Pete listened to what I wanted and found products to match my needs, time was a concern for me and so was the quality of the product, he offered alternative solutions and listened when I stipulated exactly what I wanted

The gentleman who helped us was called Phil. We arrived at your store after 6pm and your store is supposed to close at 7pm. We were still there at about 7.50pm. Phil's knowledge about his product knows no bounds. He was very patient and at no time did we feel that he was rushing us (as it was past closing time) or pushing us to buy anything. Even when we asked him to show us some cheaper products. He still had the same same helful attitude and patience with us. We then pushed his patience and asked him to take us back to the orignial mattress that he had first shown us. Phil is an assert to your company and its a pity that we do not have more sales people like him

Pete and his colleague were very friendly and helpful in suggesting the best mattress for my issue. Pete spent a lot of time with me and was very understanding; he was able to identify the perfect mattress for me.

I felt your assistant Pete was very interested in helping me understand all the product options. I felt under no obligation to buy or that he was pushing a special deal. He genuinely seemed interested in what I wanted and helped me to narrow down my search when I wasn't so sure what I wanted. He remembered me when I returned with my partner to make the final decision and purchase.
