Pete, the assistance, was very patient and very helpful throughout, especially as we took some time to choose the mattress. He was knowledgeable and full of suggestions. he even managed to be polite and helpful to other customers in the moments that we were discussing mattresses but never failing to be available when we needed further advice.

Pete hmwas very helpful and guided us through all our options, although he wasn't pushy and gave my partner and I all the time we needed to make up our mind and choose the right mattress.

i am moving house to an unfurnished place and the store clerk (Paolo) was extremely understanding about the stress of moving and was honest and helpful regarding my mattress choice. I have bad back problems and he was very knowledgeable about what type would work best for me, also taking into consideration my budget, which helped a lot. His advice was based on my needs and not on how to get the most money out of me which made the perfect customer experience. There was no pressure for extra sales, but we did go through extra options and prices just in case so i had lots to choose from. I was offered beverages while i tried products and was able to book my delivery for the day my move with no problems. the whole process took less than half an hour. Very satisfied, this is my first time shopping at dreams and i will most certainly return! Paolo was helpful, friendly, funny, made good conversation and had a good rapport with customers.

The guy Pete who helped us was really nice and didn't seem worried by my 2 year old who spent the hour we were in their store going bonkers and running round like a lunatic!
