Peter the Store Manager paid very close attention to our needs and did not force us to make a purchase as he could see we were not sure what we wanted. We went away and came back after appropriate consideration and are very pleased with the purchase we made. The delivery staff were also very friendly and efficient. They were polite and clean just got on with their work.

From the moment we arrived and Pete greeted us, it was a very friendly and stress free experience. Pete was extremely knowledgable and showed us round giving us information on the different mattresses. Whilst not pushing us into a sell. We were really pleased with the two mattresses that we bought which were both in the sale and we also walked out with two pillows. We would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends and in particular this store as the service was excellent.
