Nathan who served us went out of his way to help but never put any pressure on for the sale

Store Assistant, Gerry, couldn’t have been more helpful. He went through all types of mattress for me and never pressured me into a sale. Gave me time to look round store and make my decision. Excellent customer service

Nathan was really good and very knowledgeable. It is a relatively expensive purchase we were making and felt no pressure to do so by Nathan. Which to be honest helped us buy on the day. While we were in he was on his own and had to deal with a ‘difficult’ customer which he did with professionalism while not abandoning the other customers in store.

We were approached after just a moment of being in the store by Nathan who set me up with the sleep assessment, offering us water as well. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and I was delighted with the mattress that I was suited with.

The man who dealt with my enquiry was extremely helpful and went over several options for me, he was very knowledgeable and gave me time to think about what I wanted and asked me did I have any concerns etc. He fully explained the after care of the item including the insurance policies they offers and the current deal on free pillows which was a bonus. I am certain his name was Gerry
