Laurie from your Clydebank store was very helpful without being pushy. He helped us try 6 different beds then left us to try them again and call him when we were ready. He didn’t hover over us and didn’t push for a sale. He was very confident in his knowledge, polite and funny. I have already told friends and family about the good experience we had.

Having bought a bed from Dreams Clydebank, having been delighted then, when we were planning to buy a new single bed & mattress we would go back. We didn’t realise there were such good offer on mattresses we bought another bed. We served by Michael in store, he was knowledgeable about all the beds, and having asked what we were looking for he showed us the options open to us. All in all we had a very positive outcome. Michael took the time to listen to what I was looking for, pointed out a few mattresses for my daughter to try. There was no pressure sales tactics which I really like, he left it to us to choose. The store was really clean and I felt more than comfortable during our visit to the store. This is the third time I've bought a bed and mattress from Dreams and the second time I've bought from the Clydebank store.

The customer service was fantastic, I didnt feel harassed or anything. It was really quite but have me time to decide. And didn't rush even though the shop was closing, which I didn't realise so sorry about that.

The salesman was very professional but also friendly. He seemed very knowledgeable.

Gerry was extremely helpful took his time to explain all about the mattresses and gave us plenty of time to try each one helpful but not pushy as that puts me off big time
