Experience was great assistant was good and knowledgeable

Looked online and by passed the item I actually bought because I didn't like the look of it online. The guy Gerry was so helpful and not pushy like other sales reps. He made sure our experience in the shop was delightful. Will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I have just bought a bed from the Clydebank store and were assisted by Gerry. This was our first time bed shopping so we weren't very clued up about what we wanted but Gerry couldn't have provided us with a better service. He helped us over two days pick out the perfect bed frame and mattress, while providing us with recommendations and tips to help us make the best informed decision. He set us up on the mattress matching machine and then took time walking around the store and explaining the benefits of each bed. Throughout our whole shopping experience, Gerry provided us with excellent advice, service and put us at ease for our first purchase for our new home. He also advised us on warranty plans etc and managed to get us some lovely pillows and a mattress protector included in our purchase. We are so impressed with our experience with Dreams and are very excited for our lovely, new bed to arrive!

Gerry was very knowledgeable and helpful which made choosing the correct mattress and bed very simple

I explained what kind of bed I was after and that at this time I don’t require a mattress and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the various types of beds and why some may suit better than others. He wasn’t pushy towards more expensive ones or trying to sell me other items I maybe didn’t need. He explained how the men would assemble the bed and dispose of packaging and even take old one away (for a fee) , All things I was worrying about. I wish I had done this sooner!
