During my visit to Dreams at Clydebank Michael was extremely attentive and hellful. He explained how the 3 minute screening worked which was excellent then showed me a variety of beds , mattresses and headboards. I also purchased 2 bedside tables and an ottoman which he moved over beside the headboard to see if they matched up. There were a couple of deals on when I was in which was very acceptable. I had previously visited another bedding shop but walked out due to the lack of interest. I will certainly return to dreams for further purchases. I would also like to thank one of the managers who phoned me today to explain that my order will be delayed due to a Covid outbreak in the factory which was much appreciated.

Gerald, the older guy at dreams was fantastic. Helped me to find the right mattress for me with the sleepmatch machine, along with finding the right pillow for me. Even offered me a bottle of water, great service.

The young man that assisted us was very welcoming highly knowledgeable (Laurie) I was guided seamlessly through the options available . This is my third purchase of a bed and mattress from Dreams and I am very satisfied . You have a polite and customer focussed young man on the team and knows the customer experiance is important. All staff within the branch were welcoming and I was offered water which was nice thank you and keep up the good work.
