Dreams - Clydebank

Me and my partner visited the Clydebank store we were served by Gerry. He went over and above to ensure our needs where met and everything was covered. Also a bonus he kept us in our budget and wasn’t encouraging us to buy the more expensive products only guiding us in what was better value for money. We’re very happy with our purchase and can’t wait to receive our products. Thanks Gerry

Easy to find what I was looking for. Reasonable prices. Assistant was very helpful, answered all my questions about the different combinations available and helped me find a good value option.

We were approached by a friendly, knowledgeable member of staff when browsing who suggested using a machine which would help to narrow our search down. After 3 mins on the machine he was able to show us a range of mattresses to suit our needs. The staff were all very focussed on store cleanliness, cleaning pillows after customers had left the store. The whole process of ordering was extremely easy and we were given a selection of delivery dates to choose from. While giving our details for delivery another member of staff came up and offered us a drink which was really nice too! It was also good to know that we get 40 days to try the mattress out and if we aren't completely satisfied you will swap it for us. Looking forward to our new mattress coming on the 11th.
