The lady Lesley that was dealing with myself was so welcoming when I entered the store, explained everything in detail that had to be done, we kept to social distancing, when placing the order we had a wee giggle which I find is great makes me feel as a customer that I matter and I'm not just a number, she was amazing with my daughter's spoke to them and made them feel at ease.
