Dreams - Clydebank

We had booked an appointment to look at purchasing a bed , we turned up early but this was not a problem & the assistant helped us straight away. The virtual bed measuring was explained & after trying it out we were given several options in line with the results, the Sales assistant (Nathan) took us round all the options and was very helpful! as my mobility is not the best he was patient & understanding. My wife wanted to try a few options over & above the recommendations but we eventually settled for a mattress & base that hopefully will be what we need ( my wife will no doubt let me know Lol)

The guy who was dealing with my order was very very helpful and showing me around with the best deal he was very nice and really helpful would recommend dream's to my friends and family and the shop was spotless your staff are so nice 😊 iam so j Happy can wait to receive my bed thank you

The sales person was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly and knowledgeabley. He also let me look around on my own and didn't pressure me. Very satisfied.

nathan (shop assistant) was very patient with us nothing was a bother & gave me plenty of time to choose also had plenty of knowledge to help me choose.

Given lots of information about products I tried which were all appropriate and relevant to me.

The salesman, welcomed my wife and I as we entered the shop. Asked if required help he gave us time to look around, then advised us on the difference between beds and mattresses that we liked. Again gave us time to make our minds up not pushy like other shops we had look in. After we made our minds up he explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had. Then offered a drink as he sorted our payment plan for us. All round good customer service thank you.
