Friendly, helpful staff offering good advice with no hard sell. Good selection of products, short lead time, reasonable pricing together with 7 day Price Promise, which came into play and was honoured !! Big thumbs up for Gerry at Dreams Clydebank, thanks again for all your help and advice.

We were welcomed to the store by Stevie who made sure she understood our needs and then let us take as much time as we needed to ensure we got exactly the right products for us including use of the Sleep analysis bed. This was really helpful as we had considered a Tempur mattress which turned out not to be one recommended for us. Stevie was very helpful and friendly and she is one of the main reasons we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dreams to others.

The assistant Stevie could not have been more helpful. She talked us through all our options.

Everything was very professional and all staff helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and feel that i could ask what I needed at any point. Also feel happy to contact the store if needed now that our bed has been ordered. Thank you

The sales team member, Gerry, was clearly an expert in his field. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Outstanding customer service. Even gave me a free bottle of water as it was stuffy inside.

The member of staff who served us was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the products we were interested in. It was a very pleasurable shopping experience (not something I would normally say about shopping!) and we got what we came for.

Paula in Paisley and Michael in Clydebank were very helpful and friendly. This was particularly noticeable - they listened to my specific needs and advised me well. Also, neither encouraged or swayed me to choose the most expensive of my 3 favourites, but to go with one that suits my budget.

Very nice Gentleman Michael great and easy to deal with.Got a great deal on a headboard half the price of Bensons and looks better.I would highly recommend.

We were guided to the Sleep Match machine by the salesman. The salesman also took plenty of time to run through the options and let us revist some of the mattresses. Also, the salesmans product knowledge couldn't be faulted.
